போராட்டமாம் இன்று (28/06/2018) எதற்கென்று கேட்டால் ஆட்குறைப்பிற்கு எதிராக என்று சொன்னார்கள் ....BSNLEU தோழர்கள் !!!

ஒப்பந்த தொழிலாளி சம்பளம் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்று போராட்டத்தை துவக்கி , போராட்டம் பல நாட்கள் ஆகியும் பயனில்லை என்று போராட்டத்தை முடிக்க ,எதுவென்றாலும் செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள் சம்பளம் தாருங்கள் என்று போராட்டத்தை முடிவுக்கு கொண்டுவந்து 40% சதவீத ஒப்பந்த தொழிலாளியை வேலை பறித்தது யார் ?  கையழுத்து போட்டது யார் ? பிள்ளையை கிள்ளிவிட்டு தொட்டிலை ஆட்ட பார்கிறீர்கள் . பிள்ளை ஏழும், தொட்டில் உடையும் , கிள்ளி விட்டவர்களை கிழித்தெரி !!!!!

நமது தொலைத்தொடர்புத் துறையில் கடும் உழைப்புச் சுரண்டலுக்கு ஆளாகும் ஒப்பந்த ஊழியர்களை ஒன்று திரட்டி அவர்களது நியாயமான கோரிக்கைககளை வென்று அவர்களது வாழ்வில் முன்னேற்றம் காண வேண்டும் என்ற அருமைத் தோழர் C.K.மதிவாணன் அவர்களின் நற்சிந்தனையில் உருவானதே NFTCL. அந்த அமைப்பு இன்று இந்தியாவெங்கும் பரவி வருகிறது.
சமீபத்தில் திருச்சி தோழர் காமராஜ் மேற்கொண்ட ஏழைகளின் கல்விக்கு உதவும் நற்செயலை பார்த்தவுடன், ஆற்றல் இருந்தும் பணமில்லாததால் ஒப்பந்த ஊழியர்களின் குழந்தைகள் தங்களது படிப்பை தொடர முடியாமல் தவிக்கின்றனர். ஆகவே அவர்களின் கல்வி மேம்பாட்டுக்கு உதவ பாடுபடுவோம் என்ற தோழர் CKM அவர்களின் மேலும் ஓர் நற்சிந்தனையில்"மனிதகுல மாணிக்கம் கார்ல் மார்க்ஸ் அறக்கட்டளை "
உருவாகி உள்ளது. மாமேதை மார்க்ஸைப் போல கற்றாரும் இல்லை; கற்றதை உழைக்கும் வர்க்கம் மேம்பட எழுதியோரும் இல்லை.
அவர் பெயரில் லாப நோக்கமற்ற கல்வி அறக்கட்டளை என்பது சாலச் சிறந்தது. அதேபோல., உலகப் பொதுமறையை இயற்றிய வள்ளுவப் பெருந்தகையின்

Retired DGM தோழர் சங்கிலி 11,000 ரூபாய்க்கான காசோலையை வழங்கினார்.

தோழர் சுப்பராயன் ரூ.10,000 வழங்குவதாக அறிவித்தார்.

District Conference of NFTCL in Gulbarga ( Kalabarugi) in Karnataka on 03-06-2018 was held under the presidentship of Com. Kishtaiah , the District Secretary of NFTE-BSNL. Comrade Raje Shivasarappa , ACS/ NFTE-BSNL in Karnataka Circle greeted the conference. Comrades CKM and Subbarayan spoke on the issues facing the Contract Labourers in Telecom Sector generally and BSNL particularly.

Congratulations comrade C. SHARANU !
Comrade SHARANU BASAPPA was today unanimously elected as the District Secretary of NFTCL In Gulbarga at the conference being held. He is working as a Contract Labourer for the past 12 years continuously. He is a good organiser and a dedicated union leader from among the Contract Labourers . We wish him Success.

Myself and Comrade Subbarayan have started train journey to Gulbarga in Karnataka to participate in the formation conference of NFTCL tomorrow ( 03-06-18) in Gulbarga District.

Contract Labourers thanked NFTCL:
On 30-05-18 Contract Labourers Working in BSNL at Flower Bazaar exchange compound expressed their heartfelt thanks to the NFTCL for getting them the payment of Rs.3000/- as Bonus few days ago for the last financial year. Though it is belated they appreciated the fact that while regular employees of BSNL are denied bonus for the past several years the achievement of NFTCL is very good. They honoured the North Chennai District President, District Secretary, Flower Bazaar Branch Secretary And Comrade CKM.

Appreciation: 
On 01-06-18 nearly 20 casual Labourers ( Left out ) visited Circle Union Office and expressed their appreciations and thanks to the Circle Union for taking up their case for TSM Status in the recently held Circle Council Meeting chaired by the CGM. All these casual Labourers are taken back as per the Court directions three years ago and are naturally eligible for getting the Temporary Status Mazdoor ( TSM) as they had already completed 240 days continuously for three years. 
The management so far refusing to grant TSM on the spacious plea that the Hon’ble Supreme Court objections. But that is not correct. Only for regularising the TSMs after ten years service the Supreme Court directions are blocking the way. This issue was discussed with the CGM at the CC meeting held on 24-05-18 and the management has agreed to consider our demands. Let’s hope something positive will emerge soon.

Today our Tamil nadu State committee Secretary of NFTCL, S. Anandan is celebrating his birthday. We wish him on behalf of CHQ/ NFTCL a very happy birthday. Being one of our youngest and finest leader Anandan has a very bright future in Trade union activities. His continuous dedicated work for the last ten years for the cause of the most exploited Telecom Contact Labourers particularly in BSNL has earned a lot of respect for him not only in Taminadu State but throughout the country. Being a Junior Engineer his dedication for the welfare of Contract Labourers is highly commendable. Let his service to the poor people continue.

This morning ( 16-01-18) I left for Newdelhi. May reach there 

by 11.30 hrs. I may stay there up to 20-01-2018. NFTCL is 

having a fixed meeting with the Chief Labour Commissioner (

 Central) on 19-01-2018. Our National President Ashaq 

Ahemad has already reached Newdelhi from Kashmir.We 

both may discuss various important issues concerning the 

Telecom Contract Labourers with Labour ministry and BSNL 

authorities during our stay in Delhi. — with Ashaq Ahmad

After getting appointment to meet Hon'ble Minister of State for Labour ( Independent charge) Santosh Gangwar , myself and Comrade V. Mari are waiting in his visitors lobby in Shram Sakthi Bhavan to discuss the Telecom Contract Labourers issues and to draw his personal attention to the pathetic situation in which Contrator Labourers are working and living. Earlier we met both Dy. CLCs Smt.Shakuntala Patnaik and Sri. Onkar Sharma,submitted our memorandum on the problems of BSNL Contract Labourers.

Street corner meeting- Public campaign against formation of Separate tower company for BSNL mobile towers on 09-05-18 in Sivaganga:
Today at the invitation of AUAB In Sivaganga participated in the Street corner meeting. CPI & CPM District Secretaries, NFTE/ BSNLEU/ NFTCL District Secretaries V. Mari/ Boominathan / Murugan and NFTCL National Vice-President Ashokraj and myself addressed the public and explained the dangers of handing over BSNL towers to Reliance Jio. Comrade Ganapathi Raman, State Vice-President of NFTCL shouted slogans very effectively.
