Appreciation:
On 01-06-18 nearly 20 casual Labourers ( Left out ) visited Circle Union Office and expressed their appreciations and thanks to the Circle Union for taking up their case for TSM Status in the recently held Circle Council Meeting chaired by the CGM. All these casual Labourers are taken back as per the Court directions three years ago and are naturally eligible for getting the Temporary Status Mazdoor ( TSM) as they had already completed 240 days continuously for three years.
The management so far refusing to grant TSM on the spacious plea that the Hon’ble Supreme Court objections. But that is not correct. Only for regularising the TSMs after ten years service the Supreme Court directions are blocking the way. This issue was discussed with the CGM at the CC meeting held on 24-05-18 and the management has agreed to consider our demands. Let’s hope something positive will emerge soon.
