Postponement of Felicitation function organised for newly elected CHQ office bearers at Anna Road:
Due to the sudden demise of elder brother of our General Secretary in Patna all engagements of Comrade Chandeswar Singh are cancelled till 16-04-2018. Accordingly our felicitation function planned in Anna Road compound stands postponed to 21-04-2018( Saturday) at 3 pm. All comrades are requested to note this postponement and act accordingly. Let us utilise the extra ten days we get by this postponement to organise this function in a very grand manner . We regret for the inconvenience caused to all as unexpected thing has happened in the family of our General Secretary C. Singh.
